We have developed a strong and durable packaging method that maximizes protection while minimizing space and cost. As such, you can expect your delivery to arrive in great condition and in a timely manner. In addition, we have surpassed the industry standard of 1.53% damage rate and have been recognized by Yellow Freight transport claims service as “providing excellent protection as well as allowing for the maximization of space and, thusly, reduction in shipping expenditures.”

If for some reason your order arrives in less than perfect condition, PLEASE REPORT DAMAGE IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER:

  • Note and document all external damage on the POD (proof of delivery) receipt which must also be signed by the driver and receiver.
  • Damages not noted on the POD will NOT be recognized.
  • Take pictures of the total damaged shipment PRIOR to UNPACKING, Report Damage NOW and forward to your 3form project manager.
  • When a shipment shows no signs of damage, courts have held that the consignee may not open them and examine the contents before signing the POD receipt.
  • In case concealed damage is discovered. Take pictures of the damaged sheet/area, and forward to your project manager.
